Site master planning, schematic architectural design for a mixed-use (business and residential) “planned unit development” adjacent to the former railroad depot property on east Eighth Street in Traverse City. The project consisted of planning and design for four new 2-story buildings with a total of 15,150 SF of commercial space on the ground floors and approximately the same floor area for residential condominiums on the upper floors. In addition, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, parking, and a proposed new city street were designed as part of the project. (Architecture Technology was not the Architect of Record for the buildings as constructed.)
